Monday Motivation: You’ll Never Change Your Life Until You Change Something You Do Daily.
We all have things we do everyday that has become so much a part of us that we don’t even think about them before doing them. Those are our habits. Examples of these things are the way we brush our teeth every morning, the time we wake up, how we tidy our homes and surroundings, cook our meals, arrange our homes, relate to people, treat visitors and all the like. We do them a particular way for a few times, and they become our way of doing them.
As harmless and insignificant as these habits are, they can make or mar our lives. Good habits such as reading books, waking up early, eating healthy foods, keeping to time, speaking the truth, being consistent etc., are positive habits that can move our lives forward while habits such as overeating, procrastination, lying etc., can be destructive in the long run.
You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.
